3. Is it possible to host international domain names such as, .de, etc.

You have no problem! We can host any domains with any extensions, including all international domains. Just name it and if it has no pre-existing exactness it’s yours.

Websites are hosted on different servers. Depending on which server your website is hosted on, the nameservers may be different. Please contact us should you need our nameservers. After you have updated the nameservers on your domain, it should start working within 24 – 48 hours.

5. Will my domain be registered in my own name?

By registering your domain with, you can be sure that the domain will be registered in your own name. The domain will become your own property and you can transfer it to any other company at any time if needed.

7. Do you have any file size or file type limits?

However, please mind that we do not allow any copyrighted or illegal material to be hosted on the accounts here. No adult content is permitted. Discovery of such material without the appropriate permissions could lead to account suspension. For further details, please review our terms of service.

8. Do you accept international customers?

Currently, we accept only clients from Ghana due to payment limitations. We are making plans to be able to receive payment worldwide after which we will accept international clients. However, if you are an international client and you are able to get the payment to us, you are more than welcome to use our services. You can register an account here from any country. 9. SSL certificates: do you support SSL?

SSL is fully supported. Your website and your scripts can operate in SSL mode (Curl SSL is also enabled for PHP). Currently only ‘Ultra’ shared hosting plan and both reseller hosting plans support SSL certificates. To add, if you have any troubles installing the certificate on such an account, please let us know and we will install it for you. We can install either self-generated or Your private SSL. Please mind that we do not have private SSL certificates on offer and they need to be purchased separately and installed on the account later on.

10. Can I host mp3 files or movies here?

Yes, MP3 files can be hosted, however, you must own the copyrights or have the required permissions from the copyright holder to upload the files.
